Fixed Deposits / Time Deposits

An interest earning account deposited for a fixed period of time at the prevailing interest rates.

	Account can be held in Kuwaiti Dinars or in any other major foreign currency.
	Interest rate is fixed through the deposit term .
	No statement of account but a certificate of deposit.
	The amount deposited could be mortgaged to benefit from a loan, without losing the interest.
	Interest is accrued daily and is paid on maturity date and can be withdrawn.
	No interest is paid in case the deposit is broken before maturity date.
	Short fixed periods of time (one, two, and three months…).
	Minimum balance for account opening is KD 3000/- or US$ 15,000.
