Multi Benefit Special (MBS) loan

It’s a loan designed to finance the expenses of maintenance or renovation of a house including both a Consumer Loan and an MBC loan.

Features

	Loan amount up to 50 times the monthly salary, with a minimum amount of KD 4,000 and a maximum of KD 70,000/.
	Equal monthly installments not to exceed 40% of monthly salary or income.
	First 15 times of the salary is granted as Consumer loan and remaining balance is approved as MBC loan.
	Loan period varies from 24 months to 180 months.
	In the first 36 months, the Consumer Loan is repaid along with MBC Loan Interest, while the remaining months are to pay the MBC loan.
	Life insurance coverage or total disability coverage
	Salary certificate & Salary transfer is required.
